Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms palak


  • 1 nos small onion finely chopped


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 2 nos garlic chopped


  • 1 tsp pepper


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 3 tsp heavy cream

Directions

  • Add 1 tablespoon of butter into the pan
  • Add 3 tablespoon of chopped onion, chopped garlic.
  • Add spinach in to the pan when the onion and garlic starting brown color.
  • Pore some water , salt, pepper and close the pan with a lid
  • After 2 mints off the flame and allow the mix to cool,
  • Transfer the mix into a blender, and blend it well.
  • Add 3 tablespoon of heavy cream to it and mix well.
  • For the dressing add some cream, crushed black pepper.
  • Serve hot
